TWO timeslots available: 

1pm - 2pm OR 3pm - 4pm

Join me for a 1 hour sound bath with crystal singing bowls, various chimes, vocal flow, kenari shells, drumming, wooden flute, and more. 

Take time to unwind and rejuvenate as you tune into yourself, alongside the sounds and frequencies...

Reflecting on how we can loosen our grip - flowing, trusting - relinquishing some control, some clinging to what we know, or want - to allow ourselves to feel more freedom, joy and aliveness in our lives.

INVESTMENT:

Sliding scale, pay what works best for you, between $15 - $35.

REGISTRATION & ARRIVAL:

Registration is required, and closes day of at 11am. Limited spaces available!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, to get settled into the space.

Doors will open at 12:45pm and 2:45pm. Doors will be locked at 1pm and 3pm so we can begin on time.

You will be sent parking info upon registration!

TO BRING:

Please bring a blanket, an eye covering (eye mask or a scarf), your yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything else you may need to be physically comfortable while laying during the sound bath.

If you require a chair for the sound bath, please let Allie know at least 24 hours in advance, and you will be provided a gravity chair.

If you need a mat or a blanket, there will be some available at the studio.
