Gentle Yoga - Mondays & Thursday 9am-10:00am
Mondays with Natalie
Thursdays with Natalie or Alex
Open to anyone along their yoga journey. This class embodies the practices of Classical Hatha Yoga, weaving in mindfulness with breath and physical postures. You can expect gentle warmups, active poses, balancing poses, somatic practices, practices of mindfulness, open monitoring and breathing practices, as well as a long savasana (resting pose)! The pace of this class is generally slower than the Vinyasa Flow classes and supports gentle transitioning between postures. This class offers lots of variations to help support everyone's varied abilities.

Vinyasa Flow with Rob - Saturdays 12pm
Sometimes referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing various postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners, these classes introduce movement with breath (vinyasa) through simple sun salutations, basic standing poses, seated forward bends and twists, hip and shoulder stretches, and restorative poses for relaxation.

Hatha-Vinyasa Flow with Alex - Thursdays 7pm
A soulful, creative, fluid, and dynamic yoga class weaving intention, breath, mindful movement, and somatic exploration. Each practice is inspired by nature, the changing seasons, and cosmic cycles, offering space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and authentic essence. Expect a thoughtfully guided flow with optional challenges and accessible modifications for all levels. Rooted in presence, curiosity, and compassion, this class is also a gathering of kindred spirits—an inclusive community moving, breathing, and journeying together.
Alex is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Counselling Astrologer, and Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr. She weaves together trauma-informed, depth-oriented, experiential, and holistic approaches to support people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and coming home to their true selves.

Restorative Yoga - Mondays 5:30pm

Restorative Yoga is a slow paced class focused on both mind and body. The aim is to restore the nervous system and release deep rooted tension. This is done through prolonged supported postures that utilize many props (blankets, blocks, bolsters, etc.) to facilitate comfort and complete relaxation. There will also be emphasis on the practice of yogic breath control, Pranayama. It is advisable to dress comfortably and warmly for this class. Long pants, long sleeves and socks are recommended as there are little transitions and lots of stillness.

Sound Bath with Karen Schiavone —Mondays 7pm
Join Karen and her crystal bowls for a powerful sound bath. Karen combines the sound of the bowls with her incredible voice for a unique sound journey.
Please wear warm comfortable clothing, bring an eye-covering and any other cozy accessories that can support your resting posture for an hour.
This class is on a bi-weekly basis so note the following schedule:

Yoga For Tight Guys - Tuesdays 5:30pm
While Natalie is away: Join Amanda Cooley
Although the name says a lot, you don’t just have to feel like a “tight guy” to join this class. Our men’s class is a great opportunity for guys looking to start practicing yoga or join a small community of like-minded men who have made yoga a part of their routine. This class includes warmups, sun-salutations, active standing poses, balancing poses, deep hip stretches and twists. Move mindfully with breath and help increase overall mobility.

Empowered Vinyasa with Amanda Brownlee —
Bi-weekly Mondays 7pm

Empowered Vinyasa is a strong yet mindful flow rooted in the traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Classes blend intentional movement with breathwork, mudra, mantra, and carefully curated music to support both strength and presence.
Each practice is guided by a clear intention and offers creative sequencing, accessible challenges, and moments of integration. All abilities are welcome, with modifications provided throughout, inviting students to explore their edge in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment—leaving you feeling grounded, energized, and connected.

Strength & Stillness with Amanda Cooley — Wednesday 5:30pm
Strength and Stillness is a grounding yoga class designed to help you find balance between effort and ease. Through mindful movement, intentional breath, and moments of pause, you’ll cultivate steady strength in the body and a sense of calm clarity within.
This class welcomes all levels and offers a supportive space to reconnect, recharge, and realign.

Fit and Flow with Pamela - Tuesdays 7pm
Moving through the whole body with stretching and core strengthening exercises. Weaving in practices from Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga. Each class incorporates the alchemy of healing through various modalities, including teachings from the sacred medicine wheel, essential oils, and crystals.
Each class begins with intention and closes with a guided savasana.

Ease Into Yoga with Anne Bentley. Invite ease and flow into your practice, invite ease and flow into your life.
Learn and adapt basic yoga postures to create strength, focus and balance. Cultivate control over the breath, with specific gentle breathing techniques. Release stress and tension in the body and the mind by relaxing the nervous system.

Prenatal Yoga with Natalie DeMarco
(Back in the Winter)
Are you expecting? Curious to bring a prenatal yoga practice into your routine before baby comes? This class is designed for any stage of pregnancy. Utilise this practice to aid with relaxation, stress management, open and build strength in the body, help with birth preparation, introduce you to powerful breath practices, nurture yourself as you prepare to nurture your baby, and help you to connect with your growing baby.

PLEASE NOTE:
Class prices are inclusive of HST.
Class packages expire ONE YEAR after the date of first use. They cannot be placed on hold. If you cannot complete your package in time please discuss with us the option of transferring it to a family member, however the same expiration date will still apply.
Packages can be used across most of our ongoing scheduled classes, unless otherwise indicated (eg. special series, one-off classes or events).
Gift Certificates:

Sliding Scale:
We understand that attending classes is a privilege and
that some individuals stand behind a financial barrier limiting them from attending. If you are serious about practising, please speak directly to the teacher you wish to attend about possible sliding scale options for you.
