Gentle Yoga with Natalie - Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays 9am-10:10am

Open to anyone along their yoga journey. This class embodies the practices of Classical Hatha Yoga, weaving in mindfulness with breath and physical postures. You can expect gentle warmups, active poses, balancing poses, somatic practices, practices of mindfulness, open monitoring and breathing practices, as well as a long savasana (resting pose)! The pace of this class is generally slower than the Vinyasa Flow classes and supports gentle transitioning between postures. This class offers lots of variations to help support everyone's varied abilities.

Vinyasa Flow with Rob - Fridays & Satrudays 12pm

Sometimes referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing various postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners, these classes introduce movement with breath (vinyasa) through simple sun salutations, basic standing poses, seated forward bends and twists, hip and shoulder stretches, and restorative poses for relaxation.

Hatha-Vinyasa Flow with Alex - Thursdays 7pm

This class weaves the strength and stillness of Hatha with the fluid, breath-led movement of Vinyasa. Rooted in balance, you'll be invited to explore the interplay between effort and ease—holding poses to build awareness and stability, then flowing to awaken vitality and rhythm. There are gentle invitations to explore arm balances and other playful postures if you feel inspired. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced around a spiritual or philosophical theme, often drawing on the wisdom of nature and seasonal or cosmic cycles. Expect a grounded yet creative practice that supports strength, mobility, and inner connection. Modifications are offered for all levels.

Restorative Yoga with Natalie - Mondays 5:30pm

A slow paced class focused on both mind and body. The aim is to restore the nervous system and release deep rooted tension. This is done through prolonged supported postures that utilize many props (blankets, blocks, bolsters, ect.) to facilitate comfort and complete relaxation. There will also be emphasis on the practice of yogic breath control, Pranayama. It is advisable to dress comfortably and warmly for this class. Long pants, long sleeves and socks are recommended as there are little transitions and lots of stillness.

Yoga For Tight Guys with Natalie - Tuesdays 5:30pm

Although the name says a lot, you don’t just have to feel like a “tight guy” to join this class. Our men’s class is a great opportunity for guys looking to start practicing yoga or join a small community of like-minded men who have made yoga a part of their routine. This class includes warmups, sun-salutations, active standing poses, balancing poses, deep hip stretches and twists. Move mindfully with breath and help increase overall mobility.

Fit and Flow with Pamela - Tuesday’s 7pm

Moving through the whole body with stretching and core strengthening exercises. Incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga practices.
We start each class with an alchemy-bases intention and close with a guided sivasana.

Ease Into Yoga with Anne - Wednesday’s 10-11:15am

Ease Into Yoga with Anne Bentley. Invite ease and flow into your practice, invite ease and flow into your life.
This is a six week adapted yoga class that encourages and invites students to learn basic classic yoga, through a gentle series of postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation.

Learn and adapt basic yoga postures to create strength, focus and balance. Cultivate control over the breath, with specific gentle breathing techniques. Release stress and tension in the body and the mind by relaxing the nervous system.

Prenatal Yoga with Natalie DeMarco
Thursday June 5th-July 3rd (5 week series)
5:00-6:10pm

Are you expecting? Curious to bring a prenatal yoga practice into your routine before baby comes? This class is designed for any stage of pregnancy. Utilise this practice to aid with relaxation, stress management, open and build strength in the body, help with birth preparation, introduce you to powerful breath practices, nurture yourself as you prepare to nurture your baby, and help you to connect with your growing baby.

Investment: Full series = $90 ; Per class rate = $22

Holistic Hatha Flow with Ali Steer— Wednesday’s 5pm

Build foundational strength, balance, and flexibility through these expressive flows that encourage muscular and energetic release. These classes are rooted in Yogic Philosophy and incorporate physical postures (asanas) and sequences (vinyasa) that interconnect breath, mind, body and spirit.
All levels welcome, first time yogis coucouraged. Expect warming and strength building classes with modifications offered to adapt your own practice.

Deep Yin with Ali Steer —Wednesdays 6:15pm

Deep Yin classes will provide a calm, meditative experience that promotes opening of the body and mind, stress reduction, and emotional balance. Show up in your 'cozies' (socks & sweaters)! Props and blankets will be provided.
This class focuses on passive postures that target deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Postures may be held several minutes where finding your edge, tuning into the breath, softening muscles and embodying stillness will allow for relaxation and release. All levels of yogis are welcome!
Yin yoga is a perfect complement to other physical activity or more active yoga practices, such as Holistic Hatha offered just before on Wednesdays 5pm-6pm.  These classes together offer opportunity for a two hour yoga practice & reset mid-week (contact instructor for reduced price if attending both classes back to back).

Class prices are inclusive of HST.
Class packages expire ONE YEAR after the date of first use. They cannot be placed on hold. If you cannot complete your package in time please discuss with us the option of transferring it to a family member, however the same expiration date will still apply.
Packages can be used across most of our ongoing scheduled classes, unless otherwise indicated (eg. special series, one-off classes or events).

We understand that attending classes is a privilege and
that some individuals stand behind a financial barrier limiting them from attending. If you are serious about practising, please speak directly to the teacher you wish to attend about possible sliding scale options for you.
