    Please note that Natalie is currently on maternity leave and NOT practicing Kinesiology at this time.
    Kinesiology can help rehabilitate, maintain and enhance human movement and performance. Natalie’s present focus is on functional movement and exercises for seniors to help them tackle activities of daily living and enjoy their hobbies. May be covered under some insurance benefits packages. Consult with Natalie if Kinesiology is the right fit for you and/or your senior parents.
