March-April Mat Pilates

Starting March 25th- April 18th
Wednesdays - 4:00-5:00pm
Thursdays - 5:30-6:30pm
Saturdays - 9:00-10:00am
This class focuses on building core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled, flowing movements.
Expect focused breathing, alignment, and full-body toning.
Investment:
1 day/week =$75
2 day/week =$135
3 day/week =$175
Registration for the full series is recommended to reserve your spot for that day of the week. If the class is not full then drop-ins are welcome!
