The Power of Pilates

Pilates is a gentle yet powerful practice that strengthens the body from within.
By connecting movement with mindful breathing, it enhances balance, posture, and overall wellbeing.

Each session leaves you feeling stronger, and more centered—both in body and mind.

Cost: 1 class per week = $70
2 classes per week = $135
(Saturday at 9 am is also available if you wanted to attend twice per week)
