Join Tanya’s 3-Part Breathwork series ‘Building Capacity’ this fall at Northern Flow Studio.
Dates: Sept 27th, Oct 25th and Nov 22nd. Each session lands on a Sunday 1-4pm.
Through our Vreath, we will gently build our capacity to meet life’s experiences with greather presence, resilience, and self-compassion. This powerful breath practice supposrts the release of stored stress and tension while creating space for deeper self-awareness and connection. As our capacity expands, we often find ourselves better able to navigate challenges, stay present with emotions, and move through life with more trust, clarity, and ease.
What you can expect at each session:
Holotropic breathwork session (approx. 1 hour)
Safe and Inclusive space
Time for tea before and after (B&A)
Sweet treat after session
Journaling session (B&A)
Each session will have it's own theme (that will layer and evolve from session to session)
Evolving somatic work and functional breathwork to ground our practice and to continue your practice outside our space together :)
BONUS: A breathwork recording (shared upon completion of the series) for you to continue and maintain your practice at home
Session 1: Breathe ✦ Sept 27th
We will dive into some teachings around the power of our breath and try a few things on. The intention here is for you to bring tools back home to your day to day :)
Session 2: Move ✦ Oct 25th
I have rented headphones from Sound Freq () for us to do our breathwork session and then also to explore supportive movement. We will learn about the power of movement and then marry this with the power of our breathwork practice.
Session 3: Vibe ✦ Nov 22nd
This final session will be focused on exploring sound, vibration and frequency. We will discuss the healing power of sound and then connect this to our breathwork session. Not confirmed atm but am hoping to bring in special guest for this session
