SOUND BATH: Virgo New Moon Reflections - Planting Seeds, Inviting Renewal

Sunday, September 21st, from 7:15pm - 8:45pm

This sound bath will include crystal singing bowls, various chimes, vocal flow, kenari shells, drumming, and more.

We will discuss this moon’s message; reflect and journal on our desires, the habits and rituals that support our wellness, and aligned actions that we can take to support our growth, with opportunity to share aloud; then deeply immerse ourselves into the sounds. ️

TIME: 7:15pm - 8:45pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled into the space.

Doors will not be open before 7:00pm.

Registration closes 5 hours before the event. Limited spaces available.

INVESTMENT: Sliding scale, pay what you can between $25 - $40.

Bring a blanket, a journal and pencil/pen, an eye covering (such as an eye mask or a scarf), your mat, a water bottle, and anything else you may need to be physically comfortable while laying during the sound bath.

If you require a chair for the sound bath, please let Allie know at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need a mat or a blanket, there will be some available.
