SOUND BATH: Nourishing Your Inner Light

TWO DATES AVAILABLE:

Friday, March 20th, 2026 • 1pm - 2pm

Saturday, March 28th, 2026 • 3pm - 4pm

These sound baths will include crystal singing bowls, various chimes, vocal flow, kenari shells, drumming, wooden flute, and more.

Each sound bath is unique and never the same! If you'd like to attend both dates, please feel welcome to do so! But keep in mind that the second experience will differ from the first as I flow/create intuitively

ARRIVAL:

Saturday, March 28th, '26 • 3pm-4pm

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled into the space.

Doors will not be open before 2:45pm.

INVESTMENT & REGISTRATION:

Sliding scale, pay what you can between $20 - $35.

Registration is required, and closes 5 hours before each event.

Limited spaces available.

TO BRING:

Please bring a blanket, an eye covering (eye mask or a scarf), your yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything else you may need to be physically comfortable while laying during the sound bath.

If you require a chair for the sound bath, please let Allie know at least 48 hours in advance.

If you need a mat or a blanket, there will be some available.

Parking details, etc will be sent when you reach out to get registered.
