Life As a Wave: Movements, sound, and breath experience
This workshop will focus on exploration of how movement, breath and sound effect how we process and move through life experiences.
We will be incorporating some breathing techniques, sounding and fascia work to start.
Then, we will get into experiencing how our body moves and uses rhythms to embody, express, and move through different energies found in nature all around us.
You will experience crystal bowls and other instruments accompanying a grounding opening meditation, and a focused sound bath set at the end of this event, to anchor yourself into a relaxed, receptive, replenished state.
Tea will be included for all to enjoy.
