Intro To Inversions

Kick your feet up — literally.

In this 2-hour workshop we’ll dive into the art of inversions and explore the how and why behind bringing them into our everyday life. Inversions can support circulation, reset the nervous system, build core and shoulder strength, and help us develop balance and body awareness.

From legs-up-the-wall, to shoulder stands, and maybe even a headstand or handstand, we’ll learn how to safely play with being upside down. You’ll leave with drills, techniques, and progressions to strengthen your own inversion practice — wherever you’re starting from.
