Clothing Swap & Mending Circle

CLOTHING SWAP & MENDING CIRCLE

Sunday May 3rd 2026 1-3pm.

Spring & Summer Clothing.

After having skipped the fall swap were eager to get back into it with our spring clothing swap! Once again we are pairing it with our mending circle. So come out for an afternoon of up-cycling

Clothing swap details:

-Grab 5 to 10 items of clothing worth swapping ** Please try to keep it Spring or Summer. Also we are sticking to adult clothing, we hope to run a kids/infant clothing swap in the near future!
Camping/ hiking gear is also welcome, as well as shoes.
Both Men and Women’s articles are welcome! In fact we would LOVE more men’s clothing.

-You can bring ahead of time to the studio and drop off at a class, or you can bring directly to the event, but please note that if you bring it to the event, you’re responsible for hanging them up see new rule

-Once at the swap browse the selection and swap what you want.

**SPECIAL NOTE: This is meant to be a fun and inclusive community event. This is NOT just a clothing drop off/donation opportunity. If you bring items on the day you MUST come in and hang them up yourselves for others to browse. If you show up you must participate in some capacity even if it is just hanging up your own clothing contribution, otherwise you are swapping, browsing or mending in the mending circle.

Mending circle details:

-Bring a new or ongoing mending project

-Bring your own supplies or use the supplies that will be available.

-there will be some books for guidance as well as some knowledge within the group. This event is facilitated by Willow of @moon.over.water

these events are taking place simultaneously so feel free to participate in both!

These are community events, and they are open to everyone! Monetary donations are accepted for both events should you feel incline.

DM for any questions or clarifications. You can also visit our events page on the website for more in-depth detail.
