Registration is required, and closes 11am day of.

Once registered, I encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes early, to get settled into the space.

Doors will open at 12:45pm and 2:45pm. Doors will be locked at 1pm and 3pm so we can begin on time.

 TO BRING:

Please bring a blanket, an eye covering (eye mask or a scarf), your yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything else you may need to be physically comfortable while laying during the sound bath.

If you require a chair for the sound bath, please let Allie know at least 48 hours in advance.

If you need a mat or a blanket, there will be some available at the studio.
