This is a dynamic bodywork therapy originating from South and South East Asia. This is a fully clothed massage on a comfortable floor mat, that utilizes rhythmic application of pressure along the body, holding pressure points, and both dynamic and static assisted stretching techniques. Release tension and get the flow of energy moving again with this powerful bodywork.

Kinesiology can help rehabilitate, maintain and enhance human movement and performance. Natalie’s present focus is on functional movement and exercises for seniors to help them tackle activities of daily living and enjoy their hobbies. May be covered under some insurance benefits packages. Consult with Natalie if Kinesiology is the right fit for you and/or your senior parents.
